Q. How do I cancel my account?
A. Only Full Membership accounts can be cancelled, 3 day membership automatically expire in 3 days (no recurring fees).
The account will remain active until Expiration date.
Accounts created with Netbilling can be cancelled from the user area, login, and click Cancel My Account link in the middle of the screen.
Q. I cannot login, what could be the problem?
A. There are several possible reasons, first check your browser configuration at http://www.absolutemuscle.com/loginproblem.cfm
Make sure you enter your correct username and password, they are case-sensitive.
Make sure you click the right button, members login is for Full Membership accounts and VIP login is for 3 day trial accounts.
Q. I cannot view some video files, what should I do?
A.
Some video files (the ones having long names) require Real Media Player (v.10). You should also check that ports
TCP 550 and 8080 are open for your computer, otherwise you will not be able to play the movies.
If you have problems playing Windows Media files, you should consider downloading them to your hard-drive and then
playing them from there. Just right click the movie and select Save Target As. This method also allows you to view the movies later when you are off-line.
Q. I cannot view some photos, nothing happens when I click the thumbnails, what's wrong?
A.
The larger images are opened in a separate pop-up window, if you have a pop up blocker (installed by default with
Windows XP SP2, or 3rd party software), just turn off the pop-up blocker for absolutemuscle.com and you will be able to see the larger images.
Q. I paid, but did not receive my login / password?
A.
The system never creates a login / password pair for You. You are the one to select a login and a password for yourself.
If you paid with netbilling you selected it in the very beginning of your registration process.
